POSTPONED - Songs From The Shows with Belper Musical Theatre

We hope to rescheule this concert in the autumn

Leading Derbyshire company, Belper Musical Theatre, always delight their audiences with an energetic performance from their extensive repertoire. We can expect a lovely mix of well-known and less familiar tunes from West End and Broadway shows, performed by soloists, barbershop groups, and the full ensemble.

Belper Musical Theatre is very generously performing this show to raise funds for Crich Glebe Field Centre – a charity, registered in England; no 1045937.

Please support our “And One” scheme. Your donation will allow someone socially disadvantaged or isolated to enjoy live performances at the Glebe. Please add your donation when you check out.

The Glebe is fully wheel chair accessible, and there’s plenty of free on-site parking. There will be a licensed bar selling beers, wines, cider, soft drinks and snacks. Please don’t bring your own.

Tickets in advance (not including booking fee)

Egg Decorating and Rolling Competition

A BIG BOOK BASH, where you can stock up for some spring and summer reading

Afternoon Tea and plenty of other activities to keep children and adults busy.

To be held on Saturday 11 April 2020 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Proceeds from the event will go towards improving facilities at the Village Hall and Church.

We’re hoping to reschedule this in the autumn

LE CAFE PARISIEN is a musical and cultural journey through the streets, cafés and terraces of Europe.

Expect to hear Hot Club Swing, classical themes, adventures into Romani and Celtic music, and vintage songs, all delivered with a fresh new twist.

The highly talented Andy Lawrenson Trio blends style, flair, musical dexterity, and plenty of interaction with their audience. Their show is a veritable melting pot of astoundingly good musicianship and novel arrangements, which are all delivered with a sense of warmth, and fun. This all adds up to make for a cracking night’s entertainment which will warm the hearts!
